 TUNDRA TRADE-UP EVENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Receive a $2,500 Trade-Up Bonus towards the purchase or lease of a new Toyota Tundra, plus a $1,000 Co-op Fuel Gift Card with the trade-in of a qualifying vehicle. Offer valid on approved transactions completed at Taylor Toyota between June 10, 2026 and June 30, 2026.

 To qualify, trade-in vehicles must:

• Be a half-ton pickup truck (including, but not limited to, Toyota Tundra, Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Ram 1500, and Nissan Titan);

• Be model year 2020 or newer (less than 7 years old);

• Have fewer than 120,000 kilometers at the time of appraisal;

• Meet Taylor Toyota’s retail and Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) standards;

• Be capable of being retailed by Taylor Toyota and, where required, eligible for extended warranty coverage.

Trade-in valuations will be determined using current market data, including the vAuto appraisal platform, vehicle condition, equipment, history, kilometer allowance, market demand, and current market day supply. Vehicles with a market day supply exceeding 60 days may be subject to adjusted market valuation based on projected retail selling price and reconditioning requirements.

The $2,500 Trade-Up Bonus is applied in addition to the vehicle’s appraised market value. Appraised values are based on Taylor Toyota’s anticipated retail market value less applicable reconditioning, certification, transportation, administrative, and resale costs, including a reasonable dealer profit margin.

Vehicles deemed wholesale units, auction units, salvage units, branded title units, vehicles with significant accident history, excessive wear, or vehicles otherwise not meeting Taylor Toyota retail standards are not eligible for the $2,500 Trade-Up Bonus or $1,000 Co-op Fuel Gift Card. This includes vehicles that are not half-ton pickup trucks, vehicles older than 7 years, or vehicles with more than 120,000 kilometers.

All trade-in appraisals and offers are valid only through June 30, 2026 and must be redeemed by close of business on June 30, 2026. Trade-in values are subject to physical inspection and verification of condition, ownership, vehicle history, and kilometer accuracy.
